This little application is a calculator that lets you calculate commission derived from sales. You can take out the expenses and calculate as profit percentage too. The interface is very simple. You enter the sales amount in the text box provided for it. Then it is the turn of the commission rate to be entered into its own box. You have a box for entering the expenses. having entered all these data you have a button that says "Calculate commission" and you get the commission amount in the box below. There are couple of radio buttons that decide what type of commission will be done. Whether it is a percentage of sales or a percentage of profits is chosen here. You select one of the buttons to decide that.
This is a nice little application for sales people. The software does not need any installation. The downloaded package contains an exe file that runs the calculator. There`s no configuration required, the tool just works on any Windows computer. The currency is shown as Kroner. However that really does not matter. Whatever the currency the numbers will get calculated properly. Actually you might wonder why a a simple four function calculator not do the job for you! This means that you have to note down the data on all the sales, bring it to the computer that has this app running and then enter and get the commissions calculated. Assuming you would need such a thing, it is free anyway, this is a simple tool and there is hardly any complicated calculations that can go wrong!
